The Wehrheim Translation and Interpretation Bureau was founded in Athens in 1982 by Anne Wehrheim. In 1989, it relocated to Thessaloniki.

Company policy on quality of service
  1. To provide services that always meet the required specifications set by international standards, which is achieved by regularly monitoring all stages involved in completing a task
  2. To select the company's permanent personnel, freelancers, suppliers and service providers on the basis of their skills, training and regard for quality.
  3. To create a pleasant working environment that fosters co-operation, joint effort and interpersonal relations between management and staff.
  4. To encourage and/or facilitate the undertaking of extra activities by personnel members, increase productivity, participate actively in the Quality System, improve their professional skills, optimize their resources and manage their knowledge.
  5. To regularly review of the Quality Assurance System with the aim of controlling the system and taking timely preventive measures.

The company constantly strives to adhere to the Quality Policy and improve the services it provides to its clients. As a reward for this continuous effort, GLOSSIMA & WEHRHEIM was commended at the 2004 Competition for Innovative Excellence, which was organised by the Region of Central Macedonia in collaboration with the EU, the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The company applies a system which guarantees quality in translation as well as in all other services it provides.
